What you’ll do Build and maintain the systems behind carbon-focused insurance products. Own the policy administration platform and its integrations. Develop partner and provider integrations. Shape technical architecture and data foundations. Work closely with product, underwriting and customer teams. What they’re looking for Strong backend engineering experience across multiple technologies. Experience in early-stage tech and comfort with rapid iteration. Ability to work with diverse stakeholders across climate, tech and insurance. Must have Insurtech OR Climate / Carbon background Experience with Java Interest in climate action and carbon-reduction science.
