On joining IPS Group we share with you our knowledge and experience to ensure that what you learn is highly relevant to becoming a successful recruitment consultant.  For new inexperienced recruiters, initial training is an extensive programme of bespoke delivery by our in-house team covering all the core areas in the recruitment cycle, sales skills and business development. You will also receive input from external trainers and importantly, learning at the desk from experienced successful colleagues.  

If you are looking to progress your recruitment career, then IPS Group is the place for you. Role dependant, you will be supported in developing your own team and market whilst also receiving training and guidance from senior staff to develop you into an established recruiter and future leader.
