After having worked in client facing roles, I realised that this is something I wanted to continue doing and somewhere I can transfer my skills. I had gained some insight into what a recruitment environment would be like, and I knew that this was a good step for me to take.
Why did you join IPS?
I joined IPS Group as they are a well-established recruitment agency, and I was looking to begin a career within a client-facing and supportive environment. After getting to know the team, I realised that this is where I can grow and be respected as a consultant, and eventually progress throughout the company. IPS has a fantastic reputation within the general insurance market and so I’m learning from the very best.
What are your interests outside of work
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching films, listening to music, and doing a bit of snowboarding when I can.
