A successful MGA is looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Officer to join their team near Dudley.

You will be required to conduct quality assurance audits to monitor adherence to underwriting guidelines and licence authorities, analyse compliance standards, and identify areas for improvement.

We’re looking for someone who has a background of working within an insurance environment, experience working in a compliance or conduct role, has good knowledge of FCA rules and regulations, excellent written and verbal communication skills, good IT, analytical, and organisational skills, as well as the ability to build rapport easily.
