    A well-established Insurance business has a new opportunity to join them in their close-knit claims team as a Motor Claims Handler.

    As a Motor Claims Handler you will manage key relationships, including those with external customers and business partners in addition to various internal departments with which you will work closely with.

    You will manage an allocation of claims from First Notice of Loss (FNOL) to completion ensuring speed and efficiency of information whilst offering a high level of customer service. You will liaise with all parties involved including client driver, third party driver, relevant insurance companies, witnesses, and any other applicable parties.

    To be considered you will ideally have an insurance background within claims, credit hire and fleet management experience would be a distinct advantage. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbally combined with the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

    This is an office-based role in Solihull close to public transport links. There is also free parking available!
