IPS are working with an exciting and fast-growing Lloyd’s Syndicate in their search for a Senior Exposure Management Analyst to join the team, with a focus on Non-Natural perils.

The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and data-driven environment to identify and manage Non-Natural risk. This role offers the chance to be directly involved in the reporting and communication of exposure to both internal and external stakeholders, as well as the opportunity to gain experience working cross-functionally, supporting across classes where necessary – providing the chance to become a well-rounded and developed professional across all facets surrounding Exposure Management and overall view of risk.

To be considered for the role:

Previous (re)insurance experience with a focus on Non-Natural catastrophes.
Strong technical ability with industry vendor models (e.g RMS/AIR) with other technical skills being a benefit, but not a prerequisite.
Clear and confident in communication with both internal and external stakeholders
