IPS are working with an exciting Insurtech / Lloyd’s syndicate in their search for a Manager to further enhance their Property Analytics team.

The successful candidate will provide the relevant pricing, rollup, and analytics regularly reporting to and engaging with key stakeholders, both internal and external, including Underwriting teams, Senior Management and Market regulators. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally in support of other team members in product development, ad-hoc project-based initiatives and enhancing the internal view of risk. Furthermore, this role provides the opportunity to be directly involved in the training and development of Junior Analysts, and due to planned and impressive growth, the view of overseeing future hires into the team.

To be considered for this position:

Strong understanding and use of Catastrophe Models, with Property class of business experience essential.
Proficiency with SQL is desired, with additional programming / coding languages being beneficial but not a pre-requisite.
Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff.
