Junior Commercial Insurance Support / Trainee Account Handler

We’re looking for an organised, proactive individual to provide support across a busy commercial insurance team. You’ll assist with administration, renewals, client documentation and general account handling duties while gaining exposure to a broad range of commercial risks including property owners, motor trade, haulage and commercial combined business.
This role would suit someone with insurance experience who is looking to develop further, or somebody from a strong administrative background wanting to establish a career within the industry.
The Worcester office has a genuinely friendly atmosphere, with a team that enjoys working together and supporting each other’s development. The leadership style is hands-off and supportive, creating an environment where people are encouraged to learn, grow and contribute.
Located in the heart of Worcester, the office is easily accessible by both train and car, with parking available nearby.
