Graduate Compliance Analyst
We’re looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Graduate Compliance Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of our Compliance Plan. Working closely within the Compliance function, you’ll gain valuable exposure to regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring, broker approvals, conduct risk governance, and regulatory advisory work in a dynamic, FCA-regulated environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional looking to develop a long-term career in Compliance while learning from experienced industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of the Compliance Plan through monitoring and testing activities.
- Assist with regulatory reporting and maintaining key compliance deadlines.
- Support broker approval processes and the issuance of Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs).
- Assist with regulatory queries relating to areas such as licensing and taxation.
- Provide governance support for conduct risk and product oversight forums.
- Compile management information (MI) and compliance reporting.
- Work collaboratively across the business to help ensure regulatory obligations are met.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educated to college level or equivalent, or relevant market experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyse complex regulations and documentation.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work using your own initiative.
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A genuine interest in compliance, regulation, and the insurance market.
