Compliance Officer
Compliance Officer
We are partnering with a leading London Market insurer seeking a Compliance Officer to join their team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Compliance function, ensuring regulatory requirements are met, maintaining policies and controls, and providing guidance to the wider business on compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the annual Compliance Plan and compliance monitoring activities.
- Maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Assist with regulatory reporting and governance requirements.
- Monitor FCA, Lloyd’s and wider regulatory developments.
- Support SMCR requirements and compliance training initiatives.
- Maintain compliance registers and reporting schedules.
- Promote a strong culture of compliance and ethical conduct.
About You:
- Previous experience in a Compliance Analyst, Compliance Officer or similar role.
- Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Lloyd’s market experience preferred.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience maintaining compliance logs, registers and regulatory reporting schedules.
