A fantastic opening which is a slightly different level of ‘front line’ role! Speaking to candidates, the biggest gripe is the lack of client/broker involvement, no opportunity to be out in the market, developing relationships and working strategically within their chosen area.

This opportunity will offer just that. Whilst it isn’t underwriting, it is working closely with the underwriters at this Lloyd’s syndicate. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the strategic relationship management piece, across a number of global brokers. This is role for someone who understands underwriting appetite, oversight of development and engagement. Strong interpersonal ability with strategic distribution contribution at C-Suite level.

If you have a Major Accounts background at a large broking house perhaps, this role can offer you a different exposure platform, but could utilise a similar skill set.

Brokers / Account Executives will also be considered, or Junior Underwriters who are keen to work in a more business focused, strategic growth platform.
