Clem Boyne
Clem started her career as an Account Executive/Broker at a leading global brokers and following a few successful years, was offered an opportunity to join IPS Group as a consultant.
Over the years, she specialised in the recruitment of graduates, junior underwriting and broking and operational staff, additionally managing both the secretarial and analytics desks. She has also enjoyed success recruiting across the marketing, HR and operational/management support across the London market.
Clem is now working closely with Christopher Dickman and Dana Hill specifically within the Underwriting and Broking divisions, concentrating on mid level hires.
Why did you join IPS?
I am so pleased to have returned to IPS Group, it’s always been my home! The people are all so knowledgeable, professional, down to earth… every day is a school day!!
What are your interests outside of work
Outside of work my time is spent ferrying my young teenage kids to every sporting event known to man, dancing competitions throughout the UK and occasionally trying to factor in walking my lovely cockapoo!!
