Strategic, graduate insurance opening, supporting the CEO and Group Strategy Head at this growing Lloyd’s broking house.
This is an unusually rare opportunity, which will be shaped by the person coming on board into a role which will provide executive support across strategy, process change, broking, inhouse underwriting and generally provide ‘right hand’ business acumen to the CEO and wider C-Suite team.
You could be on a graduate scheme, having worked in a role offering project support, or you could be in underwriting / broking / account management role which isn’t really offering you the longer term development you thought.
Would you like to travel globally, be involved with a list of strategic projects and developments as the broking business grows? Do you have an organised, methodical ‘scheduled’ mindset, who thrives on organising others as well as being part of management decisions? This is one of those opportunities which will offer a different day, every day!
