Senior Producer – Pathway to Leadership
We are supporting a broker in Derby looking to appoint a high-calibre producer or Account Executive as part of a wider strategy to strengthen their team and address longer-term succession planning needs. The requirement is intentionally flexible, with the business keen to shape the role around the right individual rather than force a rigid brief, and there is potential to provide a book of business as a platform depending on the candidate.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a strong new business developer who is looking for a degree of autonomy and the chance to build something meaningful within an established office.
