We’re working with a Nottingham-based broker looking to appoint a Commercial Account Executive to focus on developing new business across the mid-market space. This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and growing a portfolio from the ground up rather than managing a large inherited book.
You’ll be supported by a strong internal broking and handling team, allowing you to focus on client acquisition and growth. The office has a solid, established base but is lacking dedicated new business focus, so there is a clear opportunity to make a visible impact.
This would suit either an established producer or someone ready to step into a more sales-led role. Candidates must be able to work from the Nottingham office three days per week, with flexibility around territory.
