IPS Group has been exclusively instructed to appoint a senior?level insurance professional into a newly created account handling role with a well?established brokerage.
This is a bespoke position focused on supporting a specialist organisation with a complex, multi?entity structure and a broad corporate insurance programme. The role centres on oversight, organisation and delivery, bringing structure to a demanding renewal cycle and ensuring multiple stakeholders, insurers and internal teams remain aligned throughout the year.
The position would suit an experienced corporate Account Handler, or a senior Account Executive who no longer wishes to focus on new business and instead enjoys owning and servicing technically challenging, established clients. A broad understanding of commercial insurance is essential, along with the confidence to deal directly and credibly with senior stakeholders, committees and decision?makers.
This is not a replacement role and not a short?term assignment. It is a long?term opportunity to take genuine ownership of a significant account and help shape how it is managed going forward. Hybrid working is supported, with flexibility around location, provided the successful individual can access the Leicester office on a regular basis.
