OGI Level2 Application Analyst & Developer
Key Responsibilities:-
- To provide Level 2 support on the OpenGi application, providing timely solutions to incidents, requests and tasks.
- To develop solutions for clients and their customers using OGI scheme toolkit.
- Create quality, well documented software fit for purpose against defined requirements.
- Address and resolve defects to software throughout the development and testing phases.
- To provide unit test plans for each module of completed work, documented to company standards.
- To support major software solutions deployed throughout the business
The following skills/experience are required:-
- Detailed experience of the Opengi application.
- Excellent development skill using schemes toolkit.
- Extensive knowledge of the UIK General Insurance market.
- Ability to configure OGI branches to meet user needs.
Technical Skills:
- Schemes Toolkit
- ITIL knowledge
- Service desk knowledge, ticketing systems.
