Managing Director; UK Niche MGA (Equity opportunity)
Having achieved a significant expansion of profitable premium income over recent years, this well-established London based Managing General Agent is to appoint a Managing Director in order to drive their growth objectives.
The existing management and shareholding team have focused on underwriting several niche UK risk profiles to date, whilst also establishing long term relationships with their supporting capacity providers. The new Managing Director of this MGA will be particularly responsible for growing the business to the next level. In addition to leading the underwriting teams, you will create & develop new products and build distribution networks.
You will need to have successful senior management experience within a UK MGA, be entrepreneurial and a natural leader. It’s anticipated that an equity event will be closed before 2030.
