About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive IT Manager to oversee and develop the firm’s technology operations across multiple international offices. This hands-on role combines day-to-day IT management with strategic development to keep the business at the forefront of innovation and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT systems, hardware, software and cloud platforms with third-party support providers.
• Lead on infrastructure improvements and technology upgrades, including AI and automation tools.
• Oversee cybersecurity, data protection and compliance procedures.
• Administer core business systems such as SharePoint and Salesforce.
• Provide user support and training, maintaining documentation of systems and policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure high service standards across all offices.

About You

• 8+ years’ IT experience, ideally in a regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
• Confident working independently and managing multiple priorities.
