Are you looking for a role that breaks the mould of traditional insurance? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where no two days are the same?
We’re working with a highly respected, independent insurance firm that specialises in supporting insolvency practitioners and probate solicitors. With over 20 years of trusted insurer relationships and a unique product offering, they’re now looking to expand their team with a Client Executive to cover the South of England.
This is a highly varied and active role. You’ll be building and managing relationships with a wide range of clients – from property receivers to probate solicitors. Your day-to-day will include conducting site visits, risk assessments, and providing technical support. You’ll also attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings, representing the business and driving new business development across a large, opportunity-rich territory.
What makes this role stand out is the sheer variety. One day you could be surveying a fleet of vehicles, the next a trading business or residential property. You’ll be based from home with monthly visits to the Nottingham office, and initial training will take place Tuesday to Thursday with accommodation provided.
You’ll be joining a collaborative and friendly team of around 18 people, reporting directly to the Executive Director. The culture is supportive, with a strong sense of camaraderie and a track record of long-term employee retention. Office-based days are Tuesday to Thursday, with Monday and Friday typically worked from home.
We’re looking for someone outgoing, confident, and able to strike up conversations with ease. A background in commercial insurance is a big plus, especially if you’ve dealt with insolvency or probate. This role would suit a self-starter who enjoys being out and about, meeting clients, and making things happen. A full UK driving licence is essential (Class 1 business use), and mileage is reimbursed.
This is a rare opportunity to join a business where your work truly makes a difference, protecting assets, supporting professionals, and helping ensure creditors get what they’re owed. There’s a strong book of business already in place, along with a long list of prospects ready to be developed. The company is also pushing into the probate market, which is seen as a high-growth area with a compelling product offering.
If you’re ready for a role that’s as rewarding as it is unique, we’d love to hear from you.
