Account Executive (New Business) – Commercial
We’re supporting a well regarded, well backed independent broker in the search for a senior Account Executive to join their Leamington Spa office. This is a rare opportunity to take on a well established high value book of commercial clients, typically mid to large businesses across manufacturing, distribution, property and professional services, generating £150,000 to £200,000 in income.
The book is stable, won’t be under attack, and offers plenty of scope to grow through warm introductions, referrals and targeted new business activity.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of commercial insurance experience and be confident handling complex sizeable clients. You will be a natural relationship builder with a strong track record in both retention and new business development. In return, the business offers a competitive salary of £80,000 to £85,000, with flexibility for exceptional individuals, and a culture that values transparency, professionalism and long term client partnerships.
