    Project Coordinator – Finance Change
    Insurance – 6 Month FTC

    Overview
    We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support delivery across a portfolio of Finance Change initiatives. The role focuses on providing structured project support, maintaining governance standards, and building strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Programme/Project Manager in developing and maintaining plans, schedules, and budgets
    • Track project progress and provide clear status reporting
    • Organise project meetings, produce minutes, and manage action logs
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and controls
    • Support issue, risk, and escalation management
    • Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
    • Assist with transition of project outputs into business-as-usual
    • Ensure adherence to governance, regulatory, and data protection requirements

    Experience & Skills

    • 2–4 years’ experience in a PMO or project coordination role supporting complex change initiatives
    • Good understanding of project lifecycle and governance frameworks
    • Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, APMP, BABOK, or SDLC desirable
    • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desirable
