Group Compliance Manager
An established independent insurance broking group is seeking an experienced Group Compliance Manager to take ownership of all compliance activity across the business.
This is a standalone, generalist role, ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working autonomously within a collaborative environment.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ compliance experience within insurance.
- Strong working knowledge of FCA Handbook and general insurance regulations.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable operating independently in a small but growing business.
