I personally handle all General Insurance roles across Claims and Underwriting. My key area of focus is the Northern regions with a bias towards claims and volume contact centre recruitment. Working in Insurance before moving to IPS gave me a good understanding of both the client and candidates requirements within the industry.

Why did you join IPS?

I joined IPS due to their history and reputation within the market. I saw IPS as a perfect fit as I could incorporate my experience and knowledge within the Insurance industry in a different direction. I also wanted to purse my career in recruitment which runs in the family.

What are your interests outside of work

I love playing and watching football, I am an Aston Villa supporter. I also play golf (although my handicap may not show that). I like visiting new places and travelling when I can.
