We believe this has contributed significantly to our low staff turnover.
We are also members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, the only professional body dedicated to representing the whole of the recruitment industry. Being part of it helps us maintain our high standards and levels of service. Another way we do this is by encouraging our Recruitment Consultants to study for their professional exams. We provide full sponsorship and support for attaining the professional qualification awarded by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation. If they succeed we award them a bonus.
