Training and Development

Our people are our most valuable asset and because they are the main point of contact with our clients and candidates, we work hard to offer continual development when it comes to their recruitment skills and market knowledge. We do this with a combination of on the job training, bespoke training courses and a collegiate working environment where the expertise of our Directors and staff is available to everyone. We believe this has contributed significantly to our low staff turnover.

We are also members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, the only professional body dedicated to representing the whole of the recruitment industry. Being part of it helps us maintain our high standards and levels of service. Another way we do this is by encouraging our Recruitment Consultants to study for their professional exams. We provide full sponsorship and support for attaining the professional qualification awarded by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation. If they succeed we award them a bonus.
