Working alongside Mark Brady, Roberto’s main focus is finance recruitment across London & the South East.
Why did you join IPS?
After a successful Internship with Gallagher last summer I fell in love with the Insurance Industry. IPS Group from initial research came across as a recruitment company with a difference who have a built a great reputation in the London Market. Joining the company would provide me with exposure to market which is a passion of mine and have direct contact with candidates and clients which is not offered in any other role. I am very hungry and very motivated to fulfil my personal goal of becoming a Senior Consultant/ Manager by the age of 25. I have settled in very well at IPS being situated on a great desk with great characters alongside side an excellent mentor in Mark Brady. The culture is a very mature environment and has given me a great sense of independence and responsibility at such an early stage in my career.
What are your interests outside of work
I am a huge Liverpool fan and enjoy playing football five-a-side on a weekly basis with friends.
