I personally recruit all general insurance roles across claims and underwriting from entry level up to senior management, covering the Southern region. Working within Education Recruitment before moving to IPS has given me the skills and a good understanding of client and candidate relationship management.
Why did you join IPS?
I joined IPS due to the fantastic reputation and the strong market presence. I have always been interested in building a career within the insurance industry due to its dynamic nature and having gained insight into the industry through my fiancé’s experience working in insurance, gave me the confidence to move.
What are your interests outside of work
Travel is my motivator, jetting off around the world is my favourite. When I am in the UK, I enjoy yoga, pilates and trying all the food.
