This is my 29th year of working in the insurance market, with the last 27 spent recruiting in it! The first 9 in the agency world, before moving to internal roles with several fantastic insurance organisations. My path has now led me back to IPS, where my recruiting journey began.
Why did you join IPS?
This is my second stint with IPS, and just a mere 23-year gap between them! In all that time, IPS have remained the best recruitment brand in the market, and it is fantastic to be back.
What are your interests outside of work
Outside of work the focus is on my family and sport, with the opportunity now as the children have grown up, to combine those two things, and playing with or watching them develop their abilities.
