Dylan Wood

I have over 9 years of recruitment expertise across both inhouse/ Agency recruitment within insurance. I initially started my recruitment journey as an apprentice resourcer and gradually worked my way up to become a fully fledged recruitment consultant. I will be mostly focused on the South & Southwest Underwriting market with a mix of other General Insurance positions.

Why did you join IPS?

I joined IPS knowing the history and reputation of the company within the market. I saw IPS as the perfect place to bring my expertise gained over the years from working inhouse for a well-known insurer. I always wanted to continue with my recruitment career within Insurance and feel IPS is perfectly suited.

What are your interests outside of work

I am massively into my football and going to watch my team when I can– Aston Villa. I also like my darts and am part of a Darts team in South Birmingham. I am also an avid Vinyl collector. Collecting mostly Hip-hop and rare UK Garage vinyl’s from the 90’s. I have a 14-year-old Jackshund dog that requires a little extra attention the older he gets!
