David Higgo
David focuses on the investment sector within IPS Search with a particular focus on the pensions and investment market, and has more than 19 year’s search experience. He joined the firm in the summer 2012 from a large search firm, where he had spent 18 months running the international desk working on searches outside the UK. He spent the previous 9 years, most recently as a Director, at a boutique search firm within the MRI network. He worked exclusively within the Pensions, Investment market and successfully fulfilled search assignments with all the major global consultancies. He also recruited into roles within investment banks, investment managers and a major pension fund. David was the most successful consultant in the office’s ten year history. He was consistently one of the top performers in the MRI Network and in 2004 was the top performing Consultant outside the US and in the top 3 globally (across 1200 offices). Prior to this David was the Marketing Coordinator of a boutique investment bank in New York and worked as a Business English teacher and technical translator in Rome and Naples. He holds an Honours degree in Philosophy from the University of Leeds and an Associate’s degree in Business administration from Berkeley College New York.
