Wealth Management Administrator

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected Financial Planning firm for a Wealth Management Administrator to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in financial services administration who is looking to develop their career within a successful and growing wealth management business.

Working closely with Financial Advisers and the wider support team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate client records, processing applications, obtaining policy information, liaising with providers and clients, and supporting the client review process. You will play a key role in ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a financial services administration role
• Knowledge of pensions, investments, and the financial advice process
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• A proactive and professional approach with a desire to build a long-term career in financial services
