SME Account Handler
This is a brilliant opportunity for an Account Handler who enjoys being busy, taking ownership, and genuinely looking after their clients. If you like having control of your own workload and being trusted to get things done properly, this one’s worth a look.
You’ll be joining a close-knit SME team where everyone pulls together, shares knowledge and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work. It’s a fast-moving environment, but you won’t be on your own – the team is supportive, collaborative and always willing to help.
In this role, you’ll look after your own portfolio of SME clients from start to finish. You’ll be their main point of contact, handling everything from renewals and mid-term adjustments through to new business and day-to-day queries. It’s about keeping things running smoothly, staying on top of the detail, and making sure clients
feel looked after.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Speaking with clients and building strong, lasting relationships
- Managing renewals, changes and new policies
- Working with insurers to get the right terms in place
- Keeping everything accurate, compliant and up to date
- Supporting the wider team to keep delivery consistent
You’ll ideally come from an SME or commercial broking background, be comfortable using insurer platforms, and have a solid understanding of compliance. More than anything though, you’ll be someone who is organised, reliable, and takes pride in doing a good job even when things get busy.
