    The Employer
    A specialty London Markets insurance business, currently in an ambitious growth phase, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of strategic business and technology change initiatives.

    The Role
    This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology and finance, with a strong focus on structured delivery, stakeholder engagement and change adoption across the organisation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, scope and deliver multiple concurrent business and technology change initiatives using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
    • Maintain robust project documentation including delivery plans, RAID logs, budgets and governance materials
    • Provide clear, concise updates to senior stakeholders, steering groups and change forums
    • Manage project budgets, forecasts, spend tracking and third-party engagement
    • Assess change impacts and support effective communication across impacted teams
    • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
    • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support training delivery to drive adoption post-go-live
    • Work closely with teams across finance, underwriting, claims, actuarial and enabling functions to document current-state and future-state processes
    • Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications
    • Identify, track and manage delivery and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle

    Experience Required

    • 5+ years’ experience delivering projects in the London Markets Insurance industry
    • Strong end-to-end project delivery capability with high attention to detail
    • Proven stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
    • Experience delivering systems implementations and business change initiatives
    • Comfortable using common project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Planner, Jira, Smartsheet or similar)
    • Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, APM, Agile) are desirable
