Personal Lines HNW (Private Clients) Client Manager
We are looking for an experienced High Net Worth / Personal Lines insurance professional to step into a ready-made role. This vacancy has come about due to a retirement, so you will be taking on an established and loyal client portfolio rather than having to build one from scratch.
This is not a sales role. The focus is on servicing and looking after clients properly. You will handle renewals, adjustments, claims support, and ensure clients with high-value homes, contents, jewellery, artwork, and prestige cars are fully protected.
You will also work closely with commercial account executives when their clients require personal insurance solutions, and provide day-to-day guidance to a junior team member within the personal lines team.
The role offers the opportunity to inherit and grow a longstanding client book with varied and interesting work, including high-value homes, estates, jewellery, fine art, and prestige vehicles. Hybrid working is available after probation and there is also the option to work a four-day week if preferred.
You will need proven experience within High Net Worth and/or Personal Lines insurance, with strong technical knowledge across household, contents, valuables, and motor. You will be confident, organised, and client-focused, with excellent relationship-building skills. Ideally, you will be based within a commutable distance of Tamworth, and comfortable attending the office during probation before moving to a hybrid working arrangement.
