Location: North Newcastle (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £33,000 + Benefits + Annual Bonus
IPS is working with a well-established and growing insurer, part of a major global insurance group, currently expanding its UK claims function. They have a strong presence in the motor space and a great reputation for working closely with partners, particularly within the automotive sector.

The Role:
You’ll be handling Personal Injury claims within the OIC and MOJ Portal, managing a varied caseload of both low-value and more complex claims.
You’ll manage your own caseload from start to finish, covering a range of claims from low-value whiplash through to more complex cases such as fractures and psychological injuries. It’s a true cradle-to-grave role, giving you full ownership across liability, quantum, negotiation and settlement.
You’ll be dealing directly with customers and third parties throughout the process, so being confident, organised, and empathetic in your approach is key.
About You:
You’ll have experience handling Personal Injury claims and be comfortable managing your own caseload. You’ll be a strong communicator, well organised, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
