Pensions Partner – Transactional Focus
Global powerhouse with one of the City’s most prolific Corporate teams is looking for an additional Pensions Partner to join a strong existing set up. The work is transactional led rather than advisory or risk transfer and that is the background the firm will look for. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a track record of leading trustees and sponsors through large, complex deals. The role may suit existing partners looking for a change or Senior Associates/Counsels frustrated by their current prospects. An appropriate incentive will be available for the right candidate.
