Part-time Claims Adjuster – 3 days per week
Part-time – 3 days per week – hybrid working
We are seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to support the effective management of insurance claims within a Lloyd’s syndicate, with a particular focus on policy interpretation, coverage analysis, and wordings-driven issues. The role requires proven Lloyd’s market claims experience, familiarity with Lloyd’s systems and processes, and a strong understanding of syndicate operations. Excellent written skills, strong attention to detail, and sound professional judgement are essential. The position also includes a mentoring and capability-building element, supporting the development of a junior claims adjuster and helping to embed strong technical standards, governance, and Lloyd’s market best practice from an early stage. A legal background is desirable but not essential.
