Operations Manager

Excellent opportunity for an experienced operations manager or team leader to work for a Global insurer based in the City.

You will be responsible for an onshore operational team ensuring timely delivery and accurate service to Underwriting, Exposure Management and Risk Management teams. You will manage the workflow and prioritisation for the team to ensure even distribution, improve efficiency and meet service level targets.

You will also be a key member of the Operational Leadership team reporting directly into the Head of Operations, have an active role in any process improvement projects and have a platform to bring your own ideas and suggestions to the group.

Previous team management experience is a must, preferably some exposure to underwriting and aggregation processing and stakeholder management experience.
