A well-established Claims Management business on the outskirts of Tamworth has a number of new openings to join their established claims team ranging from new Claims Handlers up to Claims Team Leader due to a number of new client wins.

As Claims Team Leader you will manage and set up a team of Third Party Capture Claims Handlers working on behalf of a highly regarded Insurance Company.

You will use your existing motor claims experience to offer guidance and development to your team, managing any technical issues that may arise to ensure that the best level of customer and client service is achieved on a daily basis.

Your team will likely be in the region of 5-6 Claims Handlers ranging in experience levels from established Claims Handlers to new trainees. You must there fore be a confidant performance coach at all levels.

To be considered you will need to have existing experience within a motor claims environment, ideally with third party capture or credit hire experience. Candidates looking to step up to a Team Leader position will be considered if you can display the right attributes.

Initial interviews will take place over the telephone with a view to things moving forward once the on-going Covid-19 situation is resolved. Due to the office location you will ideally drive and have access to your own car. Free car parking is available on site.
