Lead Pricing Actuary – Property
I have partnered with a technology driven start-up Insurer in their search for their first Pricing Actuary. The plan for this position would be as the business grows, to build a team, perhaps with individuals owning a particular product line.
Being the first hire in London and working closely with senior Leadership and the successful applicant will have responsibilities across;
- Development and maintenance of pricing models across various products.
- Data visualisation of pricing performance, profitability and risk exposure for both senior management and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring of market trends, competitor actions and regulatory changes that may impact pricing and portfolio performance.
- Providing Catastrophe Analytics to understand capital impact of portfolios for carriers.
