Insurance Team Leader
IPS Group is working with a closely with a fast-growing commercial insurance provider to recruit an experienced Insurance Team Leader for their vibrant and high-performing team.

This role is perfect for someone with proven leadership experience in a fast-paced contact centre or insurance environment. You’ll be responsible for managing a customer-focused team, driving performance, coaching for success, and ensuring service standards are consistently met. You’ll also play a key role in cultivating a positive and accountable team culture.
Required experience:
- Demonstrated success leading teams in a high-energy environment (insurance or contact centre background preferred).
- A motivating, hands-on leadership style with strong coaching and communication skills.
- Confidence in managing performance, delivering feedback, and addressing disciplinary issues when needed.
- A results-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
