At this prominent insurer you will work closely with the Head of Business Development to support the distribution strategy. One of the main objectives is to grow the regional books, covering all areas nationally, but with a focus on the North West (particularly Manchester) as well as the South East.
The appointee will be developing key broker and client relationships to identify growth opportunities within appetite across open market and portfolio solutions, across multiple lines of business. At the heart of this is the relationship piece with a wide range of stakeholders, using data and analytics to drive and support broker performance and business growth initiatives, including pipelining and cross sell.
