Controls Specialist – Conduct Risk, Product and Regulatory
A Lloyds Syndicate requires an experienced Regulatory and Controls specialist to join their Underwriting Management division.
You will work closely with Underwriting teams to provide insight reviews on various external parties, such as Brokers and Coverholders. Providing them an assessment on how they fully meet the regulatory obligations and how the customer first. You will be required to provide analytical reports for the internal governance committee and external regulators to assist monitoring and evidencing of appropriate oversight.
You will also be tasked with identifying any gaps in the organisations Product Governance framework, presenting your findings to Senior Management and implementing any required changes.
The successful candidate will have a strong regulatory and controls background, experience of working with market regulators and have held roles where they have succeeded in improving teh customer experinece.
