What you’ll need:

👉 Solid experience across commercial lines, particularly in commercial property.

👉 Preferably, some form of Underwriting experience, as the role will entail managing the broker’s Delegated Authority scheme ✍️

👉 Ideally, some leadership/management/mentoring experience or a genuine desire to step into such a role.
