A Lloyds Insurer requires an experienced Claims Operations Manager to be responsible for leading the claims operations team and strategy across their global claims function.
You will oversee projects and key initiatives for the organisations delegated and vendor management, claims governance, data and analytics and their tech roadmap. You will need to ensure the claims operations team drives and implements best practice across the division and act as the main point of contact for all claims operations and change.
The successful candidate will have a strong Claims operations background, with team leading and operational change project experience.
