Insurance Sales Executive – High Earnings, Full Training, Career Growth
This role is for people who love sales, love being on the phone, and thrive in a high‑volume, high‑pressure, hard‑selling environment. If you enjoy making constant outbound calls, hitting tough targets, and converting cold leads into business, this is where you’ll succeed.
You’ll make 80–100 outbound calls every day, build rapport quickly, pitch confidently, and close deals on the spot. The right person will show hunger, drive, intensity, competitiveness, and energy from the moment they walk in.

- 8% uncapped commission on all new business & renewals
- £80K+ OTE by year 3, top performers earn £150K+
