- Work closely with customers, fleet operators, repairers, suppliers and claims colleagues to resolve technical queries and support positive claims outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance on a varied portfolio including private motor, commercial vehicles and agricultural machinery.
About You
- Qualified to a minimum of AQP or ATA (VDA) standard.
- Previous experience within a Motor Engineer, Insurance Engineer, Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) or similar automotive claims-focused role.
