The role
We are seeking a highly organised Financial Services Administrator to join a market-leading wealth management business. The role centres around providing accurate client administration support to a highly successful financial planning team while maintaining high service, compliance and record-keeping standards.
In this key role you will be responsible for maintaining client records, processing applications, letters of authority, fund switches and review actions, liaising with providers and clients, and supporting advisers with meeting preparation and ongoing client servicing.
About you
You will have 1–2 years’ financial administration experience, a good understanding of the advice process, knowledge of pension, retirement and investment products, strong accuracy and organisational skills, and confidence using Word and Excel.
