HNW Motor Claims Handler
An excellent opportunity for a Motor Claims Handler to join a specialist insurance services organisation that manages claims on behalf of a specialist insurer, with a focus on high net worth motor claims.
The Role:
You will handle motor claims from first notification through to settlement within delegated authority, ensuring each claim is managed efficiently and in line with agreed service standards. The role requires a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and customer focus when dealing with high-net-worth clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing high net worth motor claims from FNOL through to settlement
- Assessing liability and indemnity in line with policy terms
- Maintaining accurate reserves and processing claim payments
- Ensuring a high standard of service throughout the claims journey
About You:
You will have experience handling motor claims, ideally within a delegated authority environment. Exposure to high net worth motor claims would be highly beneficial. You will be confident making decisions within your authority limits and managing your caseload with accuracy and attention to detail.
