Pensions Implementation Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Define, build and analyse complex pension calculations
- Develop data audit and quality controls for transfers
- Support system automation, testing, and UAT
- Act as a systems expert to drive process improvements
- Coordinate implementation and transfer delivery plans
- Provide expertise on pension schemes and benefit structures
- Apply risk management across all activities
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in occupational pensions administration
- Knowledge of DB & DC schemes
- Experience with scheme implementations and bulk transfers
- Background in projects and change initiatives
- Strong communication and report writing skills
